I will spare you the details but the TL DR is their label printer was down, had been down for three weeks, and no marketplace returns can be processed if the label printer isn’t working. After waiting in line, they tried to tell me that they couldn’t process the return. I boxed them up in the original packaging and drove 12 miles to Walmart. A few months ago I purchased two “whips” for my kitchen aide mixer only to have both disintegrate within 24 hours. Never had an issue until now, although I think my last Walmart return was using a USPS label, that was then handed off to FedEx.įair enough - and you’re a much nicer person than I. I guess because the line was long, the person told me I could wait in line again and we could try to fix things. Somehow someway, my item was scanned wrong and I only got about $2 in credit for a $200 item. Somebody interrupted and the associate had to pull something up on the computer. Returned an item, seemed to be going well. Finally when somebody came over, it was only to tell us that they didn't have anybody to cover the desk and to come back a different day. Waited 40 minutes for help, along with 4 other people doing other return stuff.
